(MARTINSVILLE) - Morgan County Emergency Management has a tough job ahead - they’ll be spending the next few days doing damage assessments to report to the state.
Emergency Management Director Jeff Neal says the county is sectioned out and each area is being addressed.
Neal says residents are being allowed back in places like Paragon. The small town was nearly under water Saturday. Neal says it's a "miracle" that no one was killed in the rushing waters.
