Reyes Pacheco of Lizton, Indiana, lost control while trying to pass another vehicle, injuring the second driver in the resulting rollover, that also threw both of his passengers from the vehicle who were not wearing seat belts.
44-year-old Keith McCutchen of Minnesota, the driver, was treated and released at Schneck Medical Center.
20-year-old Willie Robinson, Jr. of Bloomington was taken to Schneck with broken bones and then transferred to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis in stable condition.
40-year-old Dennis Williams, Jr., also of Bloomington, was airlifted to the University of Louisville Hospital with internal injuries, but was also listed in stable condition.
State police say they are looking for up to 3 Hispanic males in the wreck, and that alcohol is suspected in the crash.
