(UNDATED) - The White River was on the rise again over the weekend in Seymour, but the waters should begin to recede by this afternoon.
The fall of water levels in main rivers in the area was delayed by the heavy rain that fell in Central Indiana on Friday.
The river should fall below flood stage by Tuesday evening, as a dry pattern is coming into the area for this week and should greatly improve conditions by next week.
As a reminder INDOT encourages motorists not to drive through water covering roadways.
