(BEDFORD) - Alcohol is suspected in an end-over-end flip over wreck on IN-158 last night.
Lawrence County police reports say 37-year-old Sephen Evans of Ellettsville was westbound on IN-158 when he lost control, overcorrected crossing the centerline, struck a rock and embankment and flipped his Mitsubishi coupe end over end.
Intoxicant test results are still pending, however, Evans was taken to Dunn Memorial Hospital after he allegedly left the scene of the accident, and was treated for pan to his lower leg.
No charges have been filed yet, pending completion of tests.
