(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man is behind bars on coke dealing charges after a successful investigation by Bloomington detectives.
Bloomington police say 36-year-old Joseph Cronzy Delbridge, Jr. faces two felony counts of dealing cocaine.
Officers say they arrived to serve a search warrant when they reportedly saw an actual crack cocaine deal take place.
Officers say they witnessed Delbridge go to another home in his complex, and when he returned, he met a woman on the way and officers say they noticed Delbridge attempt to pass a plastic bag to the woman, but then chucked it through a hole in the stairwell. Officers retrieved the bag and say it contained rocks of crack cocaine.
Police then executed the warrant and found white powder residue, razor blades and other paraphernalia.
Delbridge was lodged in the Monroe County jail.
