(BIRDSEYE) - A Crawford county man is behind bars after a police investigation concluded he allegedly he beat his wife and a child.
37-year-old Allen Ray Mink of English was incarcerated in Dubois County jail after department of child services officials and the Birdseye Town Marshal determined he had allegedly touched both a juvenile and his estranged wife, Bonnie Lawrence-Mink, in a, "rude and insolent manner causing bodily injury."
Mink was lodged in the Dubois County jail facing a two felony charges of battery causing bodily injury and a lesser county of domestic battery.
Bond was set at $1,500.
