(BEDFORD) - A speeding SUV ran into a light pole in front of the Bedford Wal-Mart Sunday injuring everyone in the vehicle but the driver.
Bedford police reports say 23-year-old Lydia Daugherty was turning into the Wal-Mart parking lot off John Williams Blvd. when her daughter in the back seat said something, and she turned around in her seat.
At that point, Daugherty ran off the roadway and into the light pole.
Daugherty wasn't injured, however, her passenger, 22-year-old Melissa Cast of Bedford, complained of pain to her lower leg and both Daugherty's daughters in the back seat, 2-year-old Dakoda and 4-year-old Haley, suffered contusions to their faces.
Daugherty was cited for driving too fast to avoid an accident, and driving both without a license or insurance.
