(BEDFORD) - If you have any interest in whether or not the city of Bedford’s two hospitals merge, you may want to get to Schafer Auditorium tonight.
A public forum will be conducted tonight involving the Dunn Hospital board and representatives of Clarian Health and Ascension Healthcare, the two private firms looking to take over Dunn Memorial Hospital.
Clarian also runs Bedford Regional Medical Center and would like to combine operations between the two organizations, a move that Dunn Hospital chief of staff Dr. Deborah Craton tells WBIW News Dunn doctors widely approve of.
If you want to attend the meeting, it will be tonight at 7:00pm at Bedford Middle School's Schafer Auditorium.
