(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police have one man in custody as they allege he battered a 7-month old baby.
The Bloomington Herald Times reports 24-year-old Michael Burgoyne allegedly caused the baby boy to suffer fractures to his ribs and a broken bone in his leg.
The investigation revealed that, while Burgoyne was changing the boy's diaper, he reportedly flipped him over roughly a couple times by his leg.
Burgoyne, a Martinsville man, turned himself in to the Monroe County jail yesterday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
