(UNDATED) - Another deadline to sign up for Indiana’s Do-Not-Call List is approaching. Attorney General Steve Carter says next week Tuesday, August 19th, is the next deadline to get signed on.
Those who get signed on by next Tuesday will start seeing benefits of the Do-Not-Call List on October 1st. This is the last opportunity for benefits to begin before the end of the year.
The next batch will have a deadline of November 18th, and won't be effective until New Year's Day 2009.
People who want to sign up can call (888) 834-9969 or by logging on to attorneygeneral.in.gov.
