(UNDATED) - Throughout the rest of the State of Indiana, Hoosiers are getting back on their feet from this past weekend’s storms.
Dry and sunny conditions have helped in the flooded north, especially. The Indiana Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency are working throughout the state at assessing and responding to damage.
Overall, Duke Energy has taken power outages from a total of 390,000 down to just over 26,000.
Boil orders remain in effect for Brown County and for Kent Water customers in Scott County, however, East Monroe Water customers have had their boil order lifted.
Food shelters remain in operation from noon until 7:00pm at six locations throughout Crawford County.
Finally, downed power lines, debris and fallen trees still remain a hazard throughout the state.
