(UNDATED) - Good news for some of us in the WBIW listening area in terms of storm recovery.
Duke Energy's Steve Bahr tells WBIW News that everyone in Lawrence and Orange Counties should have power back on by midnight tonight.
Those in Monroe County, however, will have to wait until midnight tomorrow.
Bahr says their crews have been working around the clock and have been making plenty of progress putting infrastructure back together after the most damaging storm to ever hit the electric company.
Also, Daviess-Martin County REMC says they have whittled their number of customers without power down to about 50 homes.
Duke customers who are experiencing power problems, or notice lines down, should call Duke at 343-3525.
