(PAOLI) - A road block ended an 8-mile chase in Orange County Saturday.
Indiana State Police from the Jasper District say a trooper tried to pull over 40-year-old Troy Harrison Saturday for a traffic violation, however, Harrison apparently didn't care to stop.
State police say Harrison led officers on a chase for about 8 miles at speeds ranging between 35 and 85 miles per hour.
Harrison was finally stopped when Orange County Sheriff's deputies set up a road block to assist, which worked, and Harrison was then taken to the Orange County jail.
Harrison is currently facing resisting law enforcement charges.
