(LINTON) - A total of four people have been taken into custody in relation to the bank robbery in downtown Linton last week Wednesday.
The Greene County Daily World says Tanya Finley of Linton was arrested yesterday on a felony charge of assisting a criminal, Jessica Page and her husband Paul are charged with receiving stolen property and assisting a criminal, and finally, 21-year-old Steven McIntyre is charged with the actual robbery.
The final arrest, Finley, was because she reportedly told police McIntyre could not have robbed the bank since she had his prosthetic legs in the trunk of her car.
Police say that story didn't have a leg to stand on.
