(BLOOMINGTON) - State Excise Police issued 78 tickets to 41 people and took eight people to jail during Indiana University’s Homecoming weekend in Bloomington.
Most of the tickets were for illegal possession or consumption of alcohol.
Most of those ticketed were minors.
