(UNDATED) - Governor Mitch Daniels is firing up his hog and taking to the road this Friday.
The governor's office says Daniels will be accompanying the American Bikers Aimed Toward Education group (ABATE), through several stops in Southern Indiana Friday and Saturday.
Daniels will start off from the statehouse Friday and stop briefly at the Owen County Courthouse in Spencer at 11:30, catch a lunch at Bloomington Harley-Davidson at 12:30, make an appearance at Bo Mac's Drive-In in Shoals at 4:00pm, and stop for the night at the French Lick Springs Hotel at 5:30.
Saturday, he leaves French Lick for the Dubois County Courthouse in Jasper at 11:00, and then finishes his tour in Washington at the Williams Farm at 12:15.
The ride is aimed at benefiting Indiana's National Guardsmen and Reservists who have been called to active duty.
