(INDIANAPOLIS) - Governor Mitch Daniels has added 18 more counties on to his list of requested counties for federal public assistance.
Lawrence County is among a list that also includes Dubois, Jackson, Martin, and Orange.
If the request is approved, as all of his previous requests have been so far this year, that means government and non-profit agencies would get funding to recover up to 75% of costs of community rehabilitation.
