(SWITZ CITY) - Three people were injured in a Greene County accident Saturday morning, one of which had to be airlifted.
The Greene County Daily World reports 50-year-old David Rapp of Evansville was driving at CR600 West and CR450 South near Switz City, when a deer crossed his path causing him to swerve, and crash into a culvert.
Rapp and his passengers, 39-year-old Robin Hodges and 54-year-old Effie Williams were all injured. Williams only suffered minor injuries and was treated on the scene.
Rapp, the driver, suffered a laceration to the head and was taken to Greene County General Hospital.
Hodges was trapped in the truck, and had to be extricated, and was then flown to Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis.
