(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police are investigating the alleged abduction and rape of a Brown County woman.
The victim was outside the Brown County Health & Living Nursing Home Tuesday night when a man in an orange ski mask and another suspect forced her into her car.
Sgt. Jeff Canada says the three were followed by two other men in a sports car to an Eastside Bloomington apartment complex.
One of the men from the second vehicle allegedly raped the victim at knifepoint in a wooded area. The woman told police the suspects fled after she began yelling for help.
The victim was later treated for non-life-threatening injuries to her face and leg.
No arrests have been made.
