(BLOOMINGTON) - Do you know someone in Bloomington who has been an active participant in the community and has worked to improve B-Town life?
Well, the mayor wants to hear from you. Bloomington Mayor Mark Kruzan's office is taking nominations for the 2008 Mayor's Award for Excellence in Civic Engagement.

Categories include young adults, those under 25 years old, individual adults, those 26 and older, student organizations and community-based organizations.
Applications are available online by going to bloomington.in.gov/safe.
Deadline is December 5th.
