(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was convicted yesterday on 16 counts of voyeurism.
The Bloomington Herald Times reports 41-year-old Christopher Cassidy was found guilty of video taping men urinating and engaging in sex acts in men's rooms and locker rooms.
The paper says Cassidy used a small video camera to record men in the bathroom and locker room of the IU Health, Physical Education and Recreation center, or "HPER," as well as the bathrooms of the Wells Library and Bryan Park.
Each of the 16 counts is a Class-D felony carrying a prison sentence between 6 and 36 months, and sentencing is expected to take place in the middle of January.
