(BLOOMINGTON) - It was awfully cold here in South Central Indiana yesterday.
So cold, in fact, that the City of Bloomington delayed yesterday's trash pickup services to keep their sanitation workers safe from the frigid conditions.
Wind chills got well below zero yesterday, especially during the time that their crews are out working their routes.
Susie Johnson, the City of Bloomington's Director of Public Works, says that all of yesterday's pickups will be made today, as well as today's scheduled routes.
