(BLOOMINGTON) - Some Monroe County residents hit hard by this year’s flooding will soon get calls offering assistance.
The county's Long Term Recovery Committee is seeking information to help entrepreneurs, artists, nonprofits and individuals affected by Hurricane Ike or the June floods.
The United Way made the announcement Friday.
The committee will apply for grants to assist with reconstruction and other costs incurred by local residents and businesses.
