(SHOALS) - A second meth lab in the WBIW listening area has been taken down in as many days.
State Police Jasper arrested a woman in Shoals yesterday after the execution of a search warrant turned up material that could be used to manufacture meth as well as drug paraphernalia, meth, pot and a switchblade knife.
25-year-old Katina Tredway of Shoals was lodged in the Martin County jail facing felony charges of manufacturing meth, possessing meth, marijuana, paraphernalia, meth precursors and a switchblade knife, maintaining a common nuisance, illegal dumping of controlled waste and neglect of a dependent, since they found a 2-year-old girl living with her.
The child was taken by child services to live with other family members.
