(BLOOMINGTON) - Charges have been filed against a Solsberry man who was involved in an accident back in August that left a Bedford woman dead.
The Bloomington Herald Times is reporting 34-year-old Steven Hatton of Solsberry now faces a felony charge of causing death while operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the blood.
This coming after the police investigation determined Hatton had cocaine in his blood during the accident on the Monroe-Greene County line that left 41-year-old Denise Bromley of Bedford dead.
A warrant has been issued for Hatton's arrest, however, so far, he has not yet been taken into custody.
