(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Lawrence County Soil and Water Conservation District’s leader has been chosen as one of the 8 best conservation supervisors in the state.
Robert Mundy of the Lawrence County district was nominated for the award that's sponsored by the Indiana Soil and Water Conservation District and the Brownfield Ag Network.
Mundy will be put up against other nominees from LaGrange, White, Wayne, Clay, Wabash, Marion and Dubois Counties for the full state award.
The winner of that award will be selected next Tuesday at the state district's annual conference.
