(BLOOMINGTON) - The 16-year-old boy who was shot by a Bloomington police officer is reportedly out of the hospital, and police are wanting to talk to him.
The Bloomington Herald Times reports the teenager, whose name is still being withheld since he is still a minor, has not been charged with anything yet, however, the boys attorney says they are cooperating with the police investigation into just what happened.
So far, no police interview has been scheduled, and that is largely due to the teen's health concerns and schedules on the part of Bloomington police investigators.
