(UNDATED) - The snow has finally stopped and warmer temperatures are on the way for the weekend, with highs on both Saturday and Sunday expected to be in the low to mid 40’s.
With the level two snow emergency lifted for Lawrence County yesterday, roads are starting to improve, but law enforcement officials continue to urge drivers to use caution because slick spots could remain on area roads.
The weekend should bring temperatures up, but it may not last long, highs on Monday will stay around the freezing mark with a chance of, you guessed it, snow.
