(BLOOMFIELD) - Though rumors of politicians driving while intoxicated have been popping up here in Lawrence County, Greene County appears to have a live one.

Brown was taken to the Greene County jail and given a certified blood alcohol content screening which came back with a result of .12, or one and a half times the legal limit of .08.
Brown faces charges of driving while intoxicated, drunk driving in a manner that could endanger a person, and driving with a blood alcohol content between .08 and .15.
