(BEDFORD) - Confusion at a major Bedford intersection resulted in an accident that injured one driver.
Bedford police reports say 30-year-old Polly Brown of Elnora was pulling out of the CVS Pharmacy on 16th Street near the M Street intersection, however, pulled out westbound when that section of 16th is one-way eastbound.
The report says Brown went through the intersection at M Street, since she didn't see any sort of traffic signal or sign, and T-boned 39-year-old Christina Barber, who was heading south on M Street with the green light.
Barber complained of a severe headache afterwards and was transported by personal vehicle to the hospital.
Brown was uninjured, but cited for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
