(MONROVIA) - A Monrovia man has turned himself in after the accidental shooting death of his neighbor.
On Thursday, 34-year-old Jonathon Graf was charged with reckless homicide and criminal recklessness.
He said he was test-firing a gun when one of the bullets hit his neighbor who was asleep in a bed 1,000 feet away.
35-year-old Jason Breisch died after being shot.
Graf could face 8 years in prison.

(MONROVIA) - A Morgan County man is accused of firing the bullet that killed a neighbor inside his home.
Jason Breisch thought he was having a heart attack until emergency medics arrived at his home and found a gunshot wound from the stray bullet.
He died March 9th while waiting for a medical helicopter. 24-year-old John Graf of Monrovia was arrested Wednesday on charges of reckless homicide and criminal recklessness resulting in serious bodily injury.
If convicted, Graf could spend up to eight years in prison.
