(BOGGS LAKE) - A Fort Wayne man and his passenger were both arrested in Greene County after he ran his vehicle into a ditch.
Greene County Sheriff's reports say 30-year-old Kristopher Folsom was heading to Bloomington from Boggs Lake, but part way there, he told police he decided was too drunk to drive.
So Folsom pulled into a driveway to turn around and head back to Boggs Lake, but while backing out, fell off the driveway into a ditch and took out the home's mailbox.
Folsom was charged with drunk driving and test refusal. His passenger, 19-year-old Patricia Perkins was also picked up for an outstanding Allen County warrant.
Both were taken to the Greene County jail.
