(GREENE CO.) - Charges have been filed in the double fatality accident in Greene County over the weekend.
According to a report in the Greene County Daily World, preliminary charges have been filed against the driver of the Camaro, 19 year old Preston Williams.
Williams has been charged with two counts of reckless homicide, both class C felonies, and one count of reckless driving, a class B misdemeanor.
New evidence shows that Williams attempted to pass a car in a no pass zone while traveling up a hill.
As he was attempting the pass he struck a motorcycle driven by Jerry Marker of Solsberry.
Marker died instantly, and Williams' passenger 19 year old Jessica Allman also died in the accident.
When Williams is taken into custody he will be held on $20,000 bond.
