(GREENE CO.) The Greene County Sheriffs Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a 93 year old Linton woman who has been reported missing by her family.
According to a report in the Greene County Daily World, 93 year old Esther Risher was last seen around noon on Tuesday driving a green colored 4 door Buick, with license plate number 28C5471.
Risher is described as 5-2 and weighing 124 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
Greene County Sheriff Terry Pierce said at this point the case is being treated as a missing person case and there is no reason or evidence to indicate foul play may be involved in her disappearance.
The sheriff said a motorist reported seeing Risher's vehicle heading north on Main Street in Linton and said he noticed her because she was driving in what he called an "erratic" manner.
Risher was on her way from her rural home to Linton to play cards when she disappeared.
Anyone with any information is urged to call the Greene County Sheriffs Department at 384-4411 or 1-800-385-1140.
