(BEDFORD) - Indianapolis-based E-Practical Solutions has signed a three year deal to provide a mass communication system to the city of Bedford.
The reach & respond mass communication system will be used primarily to alert the community about warnings and potential disasters.
Bedford officials say the city was using a traditional system with only nine telephone lines making it impossible to reach residents in a real emergency.
