(LAWRENCE COUNTY) - Police officials received a call early Saturday morning from a rather terrified woman.
The woman was making the call up inside an attic using her cell phone requesting help from police to stop a possible gun fight.
The woman said that there was a group of people outside the residence fighting and thought she even heard gun shots.
When police arrived at the scene they discovered that the group of people were just some attending a 30-year birthday party.
The homeowner stated that no one at the party had a gun, although their was a fight.
Police separated the fighting subjects and left the scene.
Later on that morning police again received a call from one of the party goers, but this time they were reporting a puncture wound on one person that was heavily bleeding.
He was treated by BRMC ambulances and Pleasant Run Volunteer fire fighters with non life-threatening injuries.
