Highway 37 Closed (Update)

(LAWRENCE COUNTY) - Highway 37 is closed due to wreck.

The semi-tractor trailor wreck in the northbound lane on highway 37 is now being cleaned up by clean-up crews and will attempt soon to re-open both lanes.

Until then Indiana State Police Public Information Officer asks that motorists avoid the Highway 37 and Trogden Lane Intersection.

When the removal of the semi trailor begins both lanes will be closed.

WBIW has confirmed that Highway 37 near Trogden Lane intersection is closed due to a wreck between a semi and a car.

Indiana State Police is on the scene.

Highway 37 is closed on the northbound side only at this time.
