They “appear to have died violently”.
That's all that Indianapolis police would say about the triple homicide that happened in an east side apartment of Indianapolis Friday.
One of the three people found murdered was 21-year-old IU student Shawnice Dunlap.
The Indiana Daily Student reports that Shawnice Dunlap was a senior who had spent her first two years at IU-Bloomington as a 21st Century Scholar, and her junior year at IU-Purdue University Indianapolis.
A relative of one of the victims discovered the bodies in the apartment after the victim did not show up for work.
The other two victims were 19-year-old Devon Bledsoe and 22-year-old Jerromy Wingfield.
