(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Fireworks display which was re-scheduled for last night drew an enormous crowd to the Parkview Field.
Those attending enjoyed a main street of vendors providing pizza, snow cones, drinks and lots of other types of food.
Heading down into the field, lots of family's had setup their lawn chairs and brought their picnic baskets; little kids enjoyed sparklers and danced to the live music provided by WBIW and WQRK. At 10:00 PM the national anthem was sang by Lawrence County Idol winner Brent Taylor followed by his winning song, God Bless the USA.
The fireworks display began fierce and exciting with dozens of quick load explosions.
The fireworks display later awed the crowd with the big colorful lights and then the grand finale which brought the crowd to loud applause.
