Body Pulled From Lake Monroe

(BLOOMINGTON) - There was a drowning in lake Monroe Friday.

The body of 33-year-old David Richards of New Whiteland was found last evening.

The Department of Natural Resources says Richards had been boating with his family when he dove into the reservoir.

Richards complained of cramps and his brother tried to pull him back into the boat, but was unable to reach him.
