(INDIANAPOLIS) - Just as a reminder to all employers, the Indiana minimum wage will be increasing from $6.55 an hour to $7.25 an hour coming up this Friday.
The minimum wage increase is in partnership with the federal minimum wage increase and it is currently in its third year in the three-year series of increases.
Wage Increases:
Regular Employees
- from $6.55 to $7.25
Tipped Employees
- $2.13 per hour in addition to tips
- If tips do not add up to minimum wage including employers pay of $2.13, employers must make up the difference.
