(MITCHELL) - Mitchell Community Schools Corporation now has a new Junior High school principal.
Darin Farris, the previous assistant principal will now be taking on the position of Principal.
John Lantis, superintendent told WBIW that Farris had previously taught for 10 years at "West Washington Elementary School, where he was a remediation teacher, 4th-grade teacher, and 5th-grade teacher."
Lantis then told WBIW that the reasoning for choosing Darin Farris as the new principal was due to the fact that he has "done an outstanding job as assistant principal, and has the attributes to be a very good principal."
