(LAWRENCE COUNTY) - There were a number of car wrecks taking place yesterday.
One involving a woman driving down Connerly Cemetery Road near Huron and was forced off of the road by an oncoming car which was in her lane.
She swerved off of the road and cashed down into a embankment, she was injured with just shoulder injuries.
Another car wreck taking place was a man driving traveling south on Lawrenceport Road, when a deer ran out into the road causing the driver to crash through a fence and into a tree, luckily he left the wreck uninjured.
But the final wreck taking place yesterday didn't result in being so lucky.
57-year-old Randall Nicholson was traveling across state road 37 from Wesley Chapel Road and crashed into 55-year-old Charlene Graves.
Nicholson told police that he did not see her car passing by as he drove across Highway 37.
Both the driver and passenger in the car were transported to Dunn Hospital. Graves was then airlifted to Wishard Hospital for head injuries.
The passenger was treated at Dunn, and Nicholson left the scene without injury.
