(BEDFORD, IN) - Four people were arrested in Bedford Sunday morning following reports made to police of several people being intoxicated in public.
When police arrived at the seafood restaurant on 16th street in Bedford they discovered two intoxicated were children, ages 14 and 13.
Four were arrested by Bedford Police in connection with the incident.
22-year-old Harold Alsman was arrested for public intoxication, 22-year-old Russel Lee Alsman was arrested for OWS and DWS prior, a 14-year-old juvenile male was arrested for public intoxication and possession of marijuana under 30 grams and a 13-year-old juvenile female, arrested for public intoxication.
Not much more information is available on what exactly happened during the events leading up to the four arrests.
