(BEDFORD, IN) - Several Bedford residents are planning a trip to Washington D.C. to attend a national rally.
Howard Thompson and Patty Roberts will be heading to the nation's capitol as part of The National Tea Party Express, a nationwide bus tour that began in August in California.
The Tea Party Express bus tour made it's 18th stop in Bloomington over the weekend during it's 35-city tour.
The tea express bus will be making it's final stop in Washington during the National Taxpayer March September 12th.
Thompson and others in the group invite Bedford area residents to join them in their own bus trip taking place at 9:00PM on Friday evening to Washington to attend the National Taxpayer's March.
Following the march, the bus will leave Saturday evening and be back in Bedford early Sunday morning.
The cost for the trip is $99 dollars.
So far 45 out of 55 of the available seats on the bus have been filled.
