(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A federal appeals court has upheld Bloomington-based Cook Incorporated’s right to market four of its endovascular devices.
The decision affirms a previous ruling that Cook Medical's Zenith Endovascular Stent-Grafts do not infringe on Edwards Lifesciences patents for endovascular devices to treat aneurysms.
The case began in 2003.
