(COLUMBUS, IN) - A Columbus man will spend two years on probation after giving a woman money, furniture and drugs in exchange for her baby.
33-year-old Christopher Henson pleaded guilty Thursday to child selling, a class D felony.
Investigators say Henson and his wife were interested in adopting a child, so Henson worked out a deal with Franklin resident Autumn Skiles-Hamlin in Spring of 2006 to take her then 3-month-old son.
