(NASHVILLE, IN) - A former correction officer who had sex with an inmate while driving her to Brown County Jail will spend three years in prison for the crime.
67-year-old John Kelley of Nashville was sentenced Monday in Brown County Court.
Kelly, who was a civilian transport officer for Bartholomew County Jail, had sex with the female inmate he was driving from Bartholomew County to Brown County in August 2008.
