(BEDFORD, IN) - Bedford Police responded to a call from a concerned neighbor of a woman that they reportedly had not seen in a couple of days.
The callers stated Sunday that they thought that they heard their neighbor shout "i'm on the floor," however they were not able to gain entry into the home or seen any sign of the woman while looking through the homes windows.
Police arrived at the residence to conduct a welfare check and after further investigation, proceeded to kicking in the door, only to discover the woman lying on the floor.
The woman was transported by ambulance to a Bedford area hospital.
