(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - A 21 year old male student reported to the Indiana University Police Department that he had been the victim of a sexual assault.
The assault occurred Monday night in a parking lot located on the Indiana University Bloomington campus.
The victim stated that at around 4:00AM he became separated from his friends on Lincoln Street while walking back to their apartment.
The victim stated that he could not remember anything after leaving his friends until he woke up in an unknown vehicle located in a parking lot.
While in the vehicle he continued to go in and out of consciousness and could not remember parts of the incident.
He did not think he had been drugged by any unknown substance.
The victim described the suspect as being a dark complexioned African American male with a "chubby round face", 20-24 years of age, weighing approximately 180 pounds and 5'10-6'01 in height.
The suspects name is possibly Michael or Mike. Anyone with any information about this incident is encouraged to contact the IU Police at 812-855-4111.
